New York City - 20 September

Today we head back to Chatham for 3 nights but before doing so we headed to the Intrepid Air and Space Museum which is on and around the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier on the Hudson River. We toured the carrier and the Spaceshuttle Enterprise pavilion where the Enterprise is located (the prototype shuttle), as well as a submarine and walked around a British Airways Concorde. After a quick trip back to Times Square for a coffee at Dean & Deluca, we headed to Union Square Park for a bit of a relax before heading back to the hotel to await our van to Newark. It arrived late and had to collect other passengers down at Chinatown. It took us 90 mins to get off Manhattan and 2 hours to get to Newark Airport  - a trip that should take 30 mins! We finally got our car and headed to Chatham.
